King Fahd International Stadium
King Fahd International Stadium, dubbed the “tent stadium” and “the jewel of stadiums”, is located in the eastern part of the Saudi capital, Riyadh, and the site was established on a total area of 500 thousand square meters, the facility owned by the government represented by the Ministry of Sports. The project was launched on December 7th 1982 and the implementation took a period of four years and four months. The stadium stands accommodate more than 60 thousand spectators. Also, the stadium is linked to King Khalid International Airport and Dammam Highway, as well as surrounded by several main roads. Now ,the Stadium can be reached by car, bus and metro.
